Ingredients

1&1/2cup Oats.

1/2cup cracked wheat.

2tbsp curd.

4 green chillies,chopped.

1/2cup chopped onions.

one small tomatoe, chopped.

1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves.

1/4 cup grated carrot.

1/2tsp coriander powder.

1tsp cumin seeds.

salt to taste.

oil.

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Blend the oats to fine powder,add cracked wheat,curd,salt and mix with water.nn 2. consistancy of the batter should be slightly thicker than the regular uthappam batter.nn 3. Keep this aside for half hour.nn 4. Now add  the chopped onions,green chillies,carrot,coriander leaves and coriander powder and cumin seeds.nn 5. Heat the skillet and put  2 laddles of batter and spread it gently.nn 6. Add oil around the sides ,cover and cook on medium heat.nn 7.once it is done,flip it carefully and cook the otherside too.nn 8.Serve hot with ur favourite chutney.n
