Ingredients

Ricotta cheese 15oz can.

Sweetened condensed milk 14oz can.

Ghee for greasing.

Pistachios and Almonds for garnishing.

pinch of cardamom powder.

Cooking Procedure

n 1. In a microwave safe bowl mix ricotta cheese and condensed milk. Grease the edge of the vessel with ghee,so that the mixture doesnt overflow.nn 2.Add cardamom powder.nn 3.Miicrowave the mixture for 3 min,take out and mix well and again keep it in microwave for 2 mins.nn 4.Repeat the process with occasional stirring until required consistancy is reached.nn 5.Grease a plate with ghee. Transfer the mixture to the plate and allow it to cool down.nn 6.Refrigirate if necessary.nn 7.Cut into pieces and garnish with pistachios and almonds.n
