n 1.Wash gongura leaves,slit green chillies and boil both adding little water.nn 2.cover and cook till it is done.nn 3.Add salt and grind it roughly.do not grind to a fine paste.nn 4.At last add onions and grind for a second to mix the onions.nn 5.Onions should not become paste,it should just mix with the chutney.nn 6.Number of chillies is not fixed,it depends on the sourness of the leaves and how spicy u eat.n
