n 1.Heat poppy seeds,cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,coconut powder/grated coconut and grind it to smooth paste and keep aside.nn 2.Heat oil in a pan,add onions and fry till they get light brown color.nn 3.Add salt,turmeric,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves,fry them.nn 4.Add finely chopped tomatoes.cook till oil seperates.nn 5.Add chilli,cumin,corinader powders.add water if required.nn 6.masalas should not get burnt.add previosly ground poppy coconut paste.nn 7.cook on medium heat.nn 8.Remove the shells of boiled eggs,give small cuts on the surface and add to the pan.nn 9.Finally add milk and cook on low flame,stirring now and then.nn 10.once the gravy comes to desired thicknes,check the salt and switch off the flame.nn 11.serve with jeera rice/pulav/rice.nn n
