Ingredients

1cup cauliflower florets.

1 egg.

1/2cup chopped onions.

1tbsp oil.

1/4tsp turmeric.

salt to taste.

3/4tsp chilli powder.

1/2tsp garam masala.

Cooking Procedure

n 1.Heat oil in a pan,add onions and cauliflower.nn 2.Add  salt and turmeric,cover and cook on low flame till the florets become tender.nn 3.Now break the egg and pour on the florets so that it forms a caoting over the cauliflower.nn 4.Add chilli powder and stirr well till it becomes dry.nn 5.finally add garam masala.nn 6.for garam masala, dry roast 1tbsp coriander seeds,1tsp poppy seeds,1 inch cinnamon,3 cloves and 1/4tsp rice grains and make fine powder.n
