Add grated coconut,chilli powder,coriander,cumin powders,garlic cloves to a blender and grind.nn 2.To this add salt and basin flour,mix well and keep this powder aside.nn 3.wash brinjals and give two cuts in right angles.nn 4.stuff the brinjals with coconut powder.nn 5.heat a kadai or nonstick pan,add a tbsp of oil.nn 6.add stuffed brinjals,cover and cook on low heat.nn 7.for every 5 mins turn the brinjals.sprinkle water if required.nn 8.Cook till brinjals become soft.serve with rice.n
