Since my childhood, whenever, I used to go to my Home Town, I always used to crave for this Baraf, which was popular by the name of Sohanji ki Baraf. There was a School opposite our house and every day, Sohanji , an old man use to sell this delicious Baraf outside the School.We have to wait for our turn in the huge crowd of students surrounding his stall I still remember the magical taste of that Baraf. I have tried to give that taste to this recipe. I hope you all will like it. Instead of using artificial colors of baraf, I have used Rooh Afza which is healthy, You can also use different flavor squash of your choice, but the taste of mava goes well this flavor.
