About Recipe

Twice-fried tostones are a crispy and flavorful snack or side dish popular in Cuba, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic. Made by frying green plantain slices, smashing them into disks, and frying them again, tostones have a good crunch. Pair them with Mayo Ketchup, a creamy and garlicky pink sauce, for a delicious dip.

Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise

3 tbsp ketchup

2-3 large garlic cloves (pressed in garlic press or minced)
