Grillin' time at the old homestead. Spring brings to mind our High School days of rock and roll music and barbecues in the park. So we decided to develop a new barbecue sauce that isn't tomato based and name it Rock n Roll. Corny but delicious. This sauce is a great variation and the ribs are delicious. No ketchup, no tomatoes, no same old flavor.. just bursting with the great hot-sweet-sour combination of maple syrup, dry mustard and apple cider vinegar on grilled ribs...yummy!
