6 apricots Juice from 1/2 tangerine Zest from whole tangerine 1/4 t cinnamon 1/8 t nutmeg 1 T cornstarch Pastry: Olive oil spray Cinnamon and sugar mixture 5 six inch squares of fillo Whipping cream or yogurt to dab on top several sprigs of fresh mint
