2 Boiled Potatoes

2 Green Chili Chopped

1 Coriander Bunch Chopped

Salt to Taste

4 Garlic Cloves Chopped

1 Small Piece Ginger Chopped

50 gms Beans

50 gms Carrot

1 Bunch Mint Leaves Chopped

1 Dry Chili

Little Olive Oil

Cooking Procedure

n n Take a bowl and grate the boiled potato. n n Add all the ingredients to the grated Potato and mix well.n n Take small portions of Potato and make Tikkis of them.n n Add some Olive Oil to the non stick pan and cook the Tikkis on both the sides.n n Garnish with Red Chili, Coriander and serve with Mint Chutney.nnn Healthy & Tasty Snack that you can try anytime.
