200 gms Emu

2 Tea Spoons Pineapple Paste

2 Table Spoons Hung curd

2 Table Spoons Green Chilly Paste

2 Tea Spoons Ginger Garlic Paste

2 Tea Spoons Lemon Juice

1 Tea spoon Garam masala Powder

2 Table Spoon Mustard Oil

1 Tea Spoon Chopped Garlic

Salt to TAste

1 Tea Spoon Cumin Powder

Cooking Procedure

n n Clean Emu meat Pieces and add Green chilly Paste, Pineapple Paste, Ginger Garlic Paste and Salt . Mix it well.n n Add Garam Masala, Hung Curd, Chopped Garlic, Mustard Oil, Lemon Juice and mix well.n n Put Emu pieces to the Kebab Stick and put it in Tandoor or Oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.n n Garnish with Onion & sliced lemon and serve hot.nnn Serves as nice evening snack with tea.n
