Ingredients

200 gms Emu

2 Table Spoons Corn Floor

2 Table Spoons White Floor

1 Tea Spoon Pepper Powder

Salt to Taste

2 Tea Spoons Pineapple Paste

Oil for Deep Fry

1 Tea Spoon Chopped Garlic

1 Tea Spoon Chopped Ginger

1 Tea Spoon Chopped Green Chily

1 Whole Egg

1/2 Red & Yellow Capsicum each

1 Boiled Egg (Just White)

Cooking Procedure

n n Cut the Emu in finger style and add Pineapple Paste, Pepper & Salt.n n Add Chopped Ginger & Garlic 1/2 Tea Spoon each to it. Also add 1/2 Tea Spoon Green Chily along with White Floor, Corn Floor and the whole egg. Mix all the ingredients well.n n Add Oil to a big Pan and fry the Emu until it turns Golden Brownish and keep aside.n n Take another Pan and add 2 Tea Spoon Oil and Saute remaining Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Red & Yellow Capsicum. Toss & fry.n n Add some water to it along with little Pepper & Salt.n n Add the deep fried Emu to the mix and cook well until meat turns soft.n n Toss it until the gravy turns thick. Garnish with Boiled Egg & Serve Hot.nnn Note: Emu is High Protein & Low Fat with less Calories compared to Red Meat. Adding Pine Apple Paste is mandatory as it softens the hard Emu Meat.n
