Ingredients

1/2 Kg Chicken Legs

1/2 Bunch of Spring Onions Chopped into Medium Pieces

1 Table Spoon Soya Sauce

2 Tea Spoons Finely Chopped Garlic

2 Tea Spoons Finely Chopped Ginger

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

1/2 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder / Flakes

1 Tea Spoon Black Pepper

2 Table Spoons Olive Oil

3 Green Chillies Chopped vertically

1/2 Lemon

Cooking Procedure

n  nn n Add Lemon Juice, Chopped Ginger & Garlic, Green Chillies, Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilly Powder to the Chicken Legs and marinate for 30 minutes.n n Add Olive oil to the frying pan and let it heat for a whilen n Add marinated Chicken to the hot oil and cook it at low heat for 5 minutesn n Add Soya Sauce, Spring Onions to the cooking Chicken Legs and mix gently.n n Cook on low to medium heat until the water is completely absorbed and chicken is cooked & turns golden brown color. Increase the heat if there is excess of water.n n Serve hot.nnn  n
