Ingredients

5 Boiled Eggs

3 Table Spoons Black Olives

2 Tea Spoons Garlic Chopped into Fine Slices

2 Tea Spoons Ginger Chopped into Fine Slices

3 Table Spoons Olive Oil

2 Tea Spoons Chopped Celery Leaves

1/4 Tea Spoon Salt

1/4 Tea Spoon Pepper

1 Tea Spoon Oregano

Cooking Procedure

Cut Boiled Eggs into medium pieces removing the yolk, use only the egg white for salad.Add Egg pieces along with all the ingredients to a  bowl and mix well.
