Simple & Yummy Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

Chicken Wings & Legs - 1.25 Kg

4 Medium Sized Onions Sliced

1 Table Spoon Sliced Garlic

1 Table Spoon Sliced Ginger

5 Medium Sized Chopped Tomatoes

Coriander Powder 1 Table Spoon

Coconut Powder 1.5 Table Spoons

3 Tea Spoons Soya Sauce

2 Tea Spoons Chilli Sauce

3 Tea Spoons Tomato Sauce

1/2 Tea Spoon Pepper Powder

2 Tea Spoons Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Small Cup Mint Leaves

1 Small Cup Coriander Leaves

1 Lemon

Salt to Taste (add less because of Soya Sauce Salty flavour)

Red Chilli Powder to Taste

Pinch of Turmeric Powder

3 - 4 Table Spoons Olive Oil

Cooking Procedure

Mix Chicken Wings & Leg Pieces with Lemon, Turmeric, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Pepper, Red Chilli Powder,  Chopped Garlic, Chopped Ginger and Marinate them.

Heat Olive Oil in a Cooking Bowl and Saute Onion until they turn light brownish. Add Marinated Chicken to the Sauted Onion and sprinkle Mint Leaves on top. Cook Chicken on Low Heat until Chicken is partially cooked.

Add Soya Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Tomato Sauce and mix well. Add Chopped Tomatoes along with Coconut, Coriander Powder and cook until Chicken is well cooked along with the Tomatoes.

Add Coriander Leaves before taking off the heat.
