Ingredients

8 Eggs

3 Table Spoons Olive Oil (Add or Reduce Based on Your Taste)

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

1/2 Tea Spoon Pepper

Cooking Procedure

Boil the Eggs and remove the shell layer.Cut Eggs into small pieces.Add Oil to a pan and let it heat.Add boiled Egg pieces to the hot oil and fry them until the white egg turns slight golden brown color. (Frying too long will reduce the flavor of egg and may not taste good).Finally sprinkle Salt & Pepper.Tastes good only when hot.
