1 tbsp parsley, fresh and leaves only
1 tbsp oregano, fresh and leaves only
1/2 tbsp basil, fresh and leaves only
2 cloves garlic, fresh
1/4 tsp black pepper, coarse ground
1/2 tsp salt, coarse/kosher
1/2 cup olive oil
red pepper flakes
