Ingredients

1.5 to 2 cups chopped fresh mango

1 cup yogurt

1/2 cup milk

sugar or honey as required

8 - 10 strawberries

Cooking Procedure

n 1. In a blender add all the ingredients except strawberries and grind to a smooth puree.nn 2. Transfer it to a freezer bowl and allow it to set in the freezer for 1.5 hours.nn 3. Meanwhile wash and cut the strawberries into 4 halves, remove the white part and chop finely.nn 3. After 1.5 hrs  blend the entire mango yogurt mixture with a hand blender or in a  blender for 2 mins. Keep asidenn 4. Mix around a tablespoon of sugar in the strawberry pieces.nn 5. Take the popsicle molds, add around 2 teaspoons of strawberry pieces at the bottom, press well. Now  fill it up with the mango yogurt  mixture.nn 6. Repeat with the entire mixture. Put the lids and freeze them for 3 - 4 hours.nn 7. To remove the popsicles, run hot water around each mold for 30 secs, and then remove gently, or allow them to sit for 5 mins and remove gently.nn  nn Note: nn 1. Use whole milk  and yogurt for this recipe.nn 2. You can add or omit strawberries.nn 3. Other fruits like blueberries/ kiwi fruit/ peaches can be used instead of strawberries.nn  n
