Ingredients

1 lb Fresh Organic Strawberries

8 oz Organic Mild Cheddar Cheese

1/4 Cup Organic Cream Cheese/ Whipping Cream

few Chocolate Sprinkles/ Chocolate Chips

Cooking Procedure

n  nn 1. Wash and pat dry the strawberries. Cut off the leafy end so that they stand up evenly.nn  nn 2. Slice the upper 1/3 portion of strawberries to make the hat. Make these prepations for all the strawberries.nn  nn 3. Now cut the cheddar cheese into small round pieces aorund 1/2 inch thick with the help of a small cookie cutter or a teaspoon measurement spoon. (Cut the cheese slices according to the size of strawberries)nn  nn 4. Heat the cream cheese in microwave for 10 secs, just to soften it. Transfer this cream cheese to one end of a ziploc bag. Cut off the tip to make it a piping bag.nn  nn 5. Arrange the strawberry bases (with the leafy side at the bottom) on a plate. Squeeze the cream cheese around the edges of the strawberries.nn  nn 6. Place the cut cheddar cheese pieces on the strawberries. Now again squeeze cream cheese on the upper edges of cheese.nn  nn 7. Now place the strawberry hats on the cheese and squeeze a little cream cheese on tip of the hat. place the chocolate sprinkles/ chocolate chips for eyes. Serve immediately or chilled.nn  nn 8. Kids enjoy making these as well as eating these santas.nn  nn Note: Whipping cream can be used in place of cream cheese, my kid liked cream cheese so I prefer using that.nn  nn  nn  nn  n
