Ingredients

3 whole eggs

2 egg whites

1/4 cup low fat milk

1 cup finely chopped spinach (palak)

1/4 cup finely chopped onions

1/8 teaspoon salt (or as per taste)

1/4 teaspoon pepper ( or as per taste)

1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon oil

1/4 teaspoon finely chopped garlic

Cooking Procedure

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.2. Add spinach, onions, salt, pepper, eggs, milk, garlic and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Whisk well.3. Take a 24 cups mini muffin tin, coat the muffin cups with  oil.4. Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup.5. Bake it for 8 to 10 mins, till the top becomes light brown in color.6. Loosen the frittatas, take out and serve hot.
