Ingredients

1 lb boneless and skinless salmon fish

1 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)

1/4 cup mint leaves

1/4 cup spring onions

2 - 3 green chillies slit lengthwise

1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

1.5 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon redchilli powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1 - 2 teaspoons lime juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt to taste

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Clean and cut the fish into bite size pieces.nn 2. Heat oil in a wide pan on medium heat, add onions and green chillies.nn 3. Fry the onions till they start changing color to light brown.nn 4. Add the chopped mint and half of cilantro and spring onions. Fry for 30 secs.nn 5. Reduce the heat to low and add corinader powder, turmeric and chilli powder. fry for 10 secs, add the ginger garlic paste and little water so that the spices don't burn. Fry for 10 - 15 secs.nn 6. Add the chopped fish, salt and mix well. Increase the heat to medium, cover and cook for  8 - 10 mins mixing in between.nn 7. Add the garam masala, mix and cook till the fish is done. At the end add the remaining cilantro (coriander leaves) and spring onions and mix well. nn 8. Turn off the heat and add the lime juice and serve hot as a side dish.nn  nn  n
