Ingredients

½ cup grated or crumbled low fat paneer

½ cup grated boiled potato

¼ cup grated carrot

1 - 2 Tablespoons finely chopped coriander (cilantro) leaves

Few curry leaves finely chopped

2 Tablespoons finely chopped walnuts

1 green chilli very finely chopped

Pinch of kasoorimethi

¼ teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 teaspoons corn flour

2 tablespoons oil

Cooking Procedure

n  nn n Mix all the ingredients except corn flour and oil.n n Take little mixture and roll between the palms and press to make a coin shape of your size. They should be 1.4 inch thick. Make coins from entire mixture.n n Mix around ½ cup of water to the corn flour and make a thin batter of it.n n Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat, add little oil.n n Dip each paneer coin in corn flour batter and pan fry them on skillet on medium heat. Fry till they attain a nice golden color.  Press them lightly  with a spatula once or twice.n n Fry the paneer coins in batches.n n Serve hot with any chutney or just tomato ketch up.nnn  nn  n
