Ingredients

1 cup Soy nuggets

butter

1/4 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 c cheese

any salad topping of your choice (onion, jalapenos , peppers, pickles cucumbers etc)

Cooking Procedure

  Easy Veg Barbecue tacos using soy nuggets & pooris (Flaky fried Indian bread )   1) Soak soy Nuggets for 10 mts and squeeze excess water out as per package instructions.   2) Stir fry this squeezed nuggets in butter & tangy barbecue sauce.   3) Fill this in tacos or puris and add grated cheese.   4) You can also add other toppings such as jalapenos, pickles, onions or any other raw salad.
