1 Apple

3 Medium Sized Carrots

1 Table Spoon Ginger

Ice Cubes

Add chopped Apple, Carrot, Ginger pieces  to a juicer along with 2 Cups of Water.Turn on the juicer and wait until the fruits are well blended without any thick pieces.Add Ice Cubes and serve with pulp or without pulp.Juice with pulp is healthier than juice without pulp.
