About Recipe

Yoghurt marinated chicken pieces are grilled and simmered in a rich mild creamy tomato sauce or gravy.

Ingredients

300 gm boneless chicken pieces

2 teaspoon yogurt

1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon lemon y

1/4 teaspoon garam masala

Pinch of salt

7 - 8 tomatoes

1)4 teaspoon fenugreek leaves

3 teaspoon cashew nuts

Pinch of sugar

1 teaspoon fresh heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon butter

Cooking Procedure

u2022 Marinate chicken pieces with yoghurt, ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt.nu2022 grilled them till crisp golden.nu2022 Make a puree with the tomatoes or use a cane for tomato puree.nu2022 Heat oil with butter and saute ginger garlic paste till raw smell goes off.nu2022 Pour tomato puree and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.nu2022 Add salt ,sugar, fenugreek leaves, garam masala and cook for one minute.nu2022 Add the grilled chicken pieces and simmer. If required pour little water for the gravy.nu2022 Add the cashew paste, fresh cream and mix.nu2022 Add butter and taste the seasoning.nu2022 Remove and serve.
