Ingredients

1/2 Kg Tomatoes

1 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder

Salt to Taste

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder

1 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

2.5 Table Spoons Oil

1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder

1 Table Spoon Fresh Coriander

2 Tea Spoons Fresh Mint Leaves

2 Medim Sized Onions sliced vertically

1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala ingredients without powdering

Cooking Procedure

n n Heat Oil in a Pan and add Garam Masala ingredients, cut Onions. Saute until Onion turns golden brown.n n Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric, Tomato, Salt, Chilly Powder and mix well. Cook on low heat until Tomato is well cooked.n n Add Coriander Powder and cook for another 5 minutes.n n Take off the heat after garnishing with Fresh Coriander & Mint leaves.nn
