Ingredients

1/2 Kg Boneless Lamb

3 Medium Sized Onions Chopped

2 Tbsp - Coriander Leaves

2 Tbsp - Mint Leaves

Salt & Chilli Powder to Taste

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1.5 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Pepper Powder

2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Cooking Procedure

n n In a cooker add little Olive Oil, Turmer, Salt & Chilli Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Coriander Powder, Cleaned Lamb and 1 Cup Water. Mix and Cook for 15 minutes after First Whistle of the Cooker.n n Take off the cooker lid and cook until water is absorbed.n n Heat Olive Oil in a pan and Saute Onion until they turn golden brown. Add cooked Lamb and add Mint Leaves, Pepper Powder and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.n n Once Lamb is well cooked take off the heat and Garnish with Corainder leavesnn
