Dondakaya Fry (Ivy Gourd Fry)

Ingredients

1/2 Kg Dondakaya (Ivy Gourd)

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

1.5 Tea Spoon Chilli Powder

3 Table Spoons Oil

Cooking Procedure

Slice Donda (Ivy Gourd) into thin round pieces

Add oil to the pan on the heater.

Add sliced Donda (Ivy Gourd) to the hot oil and let it cook on low heat.

Add Salt and Chilli powder after Ivy Gourd is well cooked and let it cook for 5 more minutes.

Tastes good when served hot.
