I love adding fresh fruits and veggies into my summer drink recipes, or at the very least some plain ice water with a fresh squeeze of lemon or cucumber. These drink are always perfect for taking in some rays and fresh air, and something my kids can enjoy, too. While these fresh fruit drinks taste delicious, they can also be high in sugar.
