This week has truly felt like winter is with us. Gale force winds, hail, heavy rain and sleet have all made an appearance this week before it turned absolutely baltic on Friday and Saturday. Today has seen a return to strong winds and rain. This morning has been spent writing Christmas cards and the only thing I have left to do before Christmas is make some mince pies next weekend an then it’s on to doing Christmas dinner for the first time.
