Ingredients

2 cup basmati rice, carrot, onion, freanch beans. oil ,cardamom, cinnamon, 1inch piece

1 cup, curd , crused paneer, mint leaves, 1/2 spoon garam masala , green chilli, spring onion, cabbage, ginger, garlic paste,

soya sauce , tomato sauce, red chilli powder,

Cooking Procedure

method- first wash and soak the basmati rice for 15 min - 1/2 hour heat a pressure cooker with oil add spics like cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves and roast till the aroma arise and put the basmati rice and add 2 cup water ... after bowled rice add 1cup curd and put the cold place few 15 min ,,, and after that put a plan cooker some heat and add oil onion after 5 min add f- beans , carrot cooked 5 min and soya sauce ,tomato sauce ,add red chilli powder, garam masala , salt to tats and cooked rice .. ready to biryani last for dressing take one plate put biryani add spring onion, mint leaves, some cabbage fine copped green chilli, fine copped paneer ..... and ready to curd mix veg biryani...
