Ingredients

Two cups of rice

1 tbspful for salt soaking rice

1 small onion

4 tbspful barberry

3 tbspful orange strip peels

two tbspful sugar for the barberry and orange peel mixture

8 tbspful liquid oil for the end process of rice cooking

4 tbsp liquid oil for frying the onion

one 180 gram tuna conservation

5 tbsp for whole rice

1 tea spoonful salt for whole rice

2 and half cup of water for soaking

8 tbspful water for cooking the rice for end process

3 cups for boiling the rice

Cooking Procedure

n Soak rice with the considered salt and also water,in a medium pot,for 6 hours.Half an hour before boiling the rice,boil the orange strip peels with sugar,until there,s left 4 tbsp of the liquid within it,next add the washed and sieved already,barberrys boil the mixture until that is thickened,and shut the fire.Cut the onion into small strips and fry it until golden,and finally,add it to the mixture of barberry and orange peel..Then pour all the water and the rice inside a medium pot and cooks the rice untill it is turned to soft about.Next, sieve the rice and pour water on it a bit from the tap for few seconds.Open the conservation,remove the excess oil from the tuna,and break it into fine pieces.Then in a medium pot mix the salt and tuna and oil with rice completely. Now pour the ricee mixture inside another medium pot and add the water on it. Cook for 18 minutes on a mild flame with a closed door. After putting the rice into a serving dish,pour the onion mixture on its top.n
