Ingredients

Jumbo Prawns 1/2 kg, Corn Flour 30 gms, Flour 20 gms, Egg 1/4,

Onions Chopped 50 gms, Green Chillies Chopped 1 tsp, Chopped Garlic 1 tsp,

Salt to taste, White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp, Crushed Black Pepper 1/2 tsp,

Dried Red Chillies Shredded 2 nos, Chopped Spring Onions for Garnish,

Cooking Procedure

n  nn Method:-nn Wash, shell and devein the prawns, leaving the tail on. Make the batter with corn flour, flour, egg, salt, white pepper powder and add sufficient water. Dip the prawns in the batter and deep fry. Heat one tbsp of oil, quickly stir fry the garlic, onion, green chillies and dried red chillies. Know add fried prawns and stir fry. Add salt, crushed black pepper and spring onions and toss well. Serve hot with hot garlic sauce.nn                                      n
