Ingredients

Fish Fillet Boneless 150 gms, Flour 15 gms, Anchovy Paste 1/4 tsp,

Mustard Paste 1/4 tsp, White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp, Vinegar 1 tsp,

Salt 1 tsp, Egg 1/2, Bread Crumbs for Coating, Oil for deep frying.

Cooking Procedure

n  nn Method:-nn Wash and cut the fish into finger shape pieces. Marinate the fish with anchovy paste, mustard paste, white pepper powder, vinegar, salt, flour and egg. Leave the fish in marinade for about half an hour. Roll the fish pieces in bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown color. Serve hot with tartar sauce.n
