A side dish for chapatis, ideal for the lunch box

Ingredients

Ladies finger 1/2 kg

Onions 2

Tomatoes 3

Red chilly powder 2 tsp

Amchur powder 1/2 tsp

Salt

Oil

Cooking Procedure

Wash the veggies,cut okra into one inch long. Dice the tomatoes and onions finelynTake oil in a wok and shallow fry the okra to remove the stickiness.nTake oil in another pan,add oil,and cumin. Then add onions,and tomatoes. Cook till tender. Add the garam masala,Amchur powder,chilli powder and salt. Mix and then add the fried okra, simmer for ten minutes
