I bet there have been many times you have stared at a Tofu slab and wondered, “How to cook with tofu?” Frankly, I was tired of the same old ways of cooking tofu. I have sauteed it, fried it, baked it and even blended it to make vegan mayo. So, this time, I decided to go with grilling them. Grill them like they have NEVER been grilled before!Ok, maybe not that dramatic, but, you get the picture.
