300 gms Chicken Legs

100 gms Chicken Kheema

1 Tablespoon Ginger Chopped

2 no. Green Chilly Chopped

100 gms Chopped Onion

1 Tablespoon Chopped Red Capsicum

1 Tablespoon Chopped Yellow Capsicum

1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Capsicum

3 no. Red Chilly Whole

1 Medium Tomato Chopped

3 Tablespoon Tomato Puree

1 Tablespoon Garlic Ginger Paste

1 Teaspoon Curd

2-3 cloves

3-4 Green Whole Elaichi

1 Sprig Bay Leaves

1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder

1 Teaspoon Jeera Powder

15 gms Chilly Powder (to taste)

Pinch of Turmeric

5 gms Garam Masala Powder

30 gms Brown Onion Gravy

4-5 Sprig of Coriander Leaves Chopped

Cooking Procedure

n n Marinate Chikcken Leg Pieces with Curd, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilly owder, Jeera Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice, Garam Masala and put it in Tandoor to Grill for Chicken to be 50% done.n n Heat Oil in a Frying Pan and add Choped ONion, Whole Garam Masala. Fry till Golden Brown then add Chicken Kheema, Choped Tomato, Haldi Powder, Coriander Powder, Jeera Powder, Salt to taste, Tomato Puree. Stir fry...n n Add Tandoor Girlled Chicken Legs, Water, Brown Onion Gravy, Garama Masala powder, Curd.n n Cook till Chicken is well done, add chopped Coriander Leaves and take off the heat.nn
