Ingredients

Grouper 200gm

Red/Yellow bell pepper 4nos medium size

Olive oil 50ml

Basil pesto oil 50ml

Seasoning to test

Fresh Lettuce 2/3 leaf

Black olive 4peace

Fresh herbs 1tbsp

White wine 2tbsp

Garlic 2 clove

fish stock 50ml

Cooking Procedure

n Take boneless fish and make mince of it. In a hot pan add some olive oil,  garlic and minced fish. Saute it nicely and add some white wine, seasoning and little bit fish stock. Cook it well, take bell pepper add make a roll with fish and bake it for a while. Take it out and serve on the plate and garnish with olive slice and basil peston
