n Marinated fish with seasoning, mustred pest, lime juice,olive oil,and grilled it. cut the watermelon roast it on slow oven.and make lemob butter sauce with lime .butter,little white sauce and seasoning, when everything ready, on the searving plate put the watermelon on buttom and keep the fish and some aspragus and lemon butter sauce and julian vegetable and basil peato for garnish.n
