Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can Garbanzo Beans Drained

200 gms Beans Sprouts

1 Medium Cucumber, sliced and quartered

1/3 cup chopped red onion

1/4 cup minced parsley

1/2 cup sliced olives

3 tablespoons vegetable Oil

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 garlic cloves

Salt to Taste

little Ground pepper

Cooking Procedure

n n In a medium bowl, combine beans, cucumber, onion, parsley and olives.n n n In another bowl or jar combine remaining ingredients, mix well. n n n n Add liquid ingredients over salad and toss. n n n n Serve immediately or chill for up to 24 hours.n n n n Garnish with julienne of carrot & beet roots..n nnn  n
