n n Melt both White & Dark Chocolatesn n Break the egg in a bowl, add sugar and beat it. Mix the melted chocolate with the egg.n n Mix the whipped cream, add essense to the above mixture.n n Mix gelatin & water in a separate bowl and heat it in the oven to melt gelatin.n n Now add melted gelatin to the chocolate mix.n n Mix well and transfer it to the serving glasses and place it in the deep freezer for 20-30 minutes until the mix gets set.n n Serve Chilled.nn
