About Recipe

I have some strange memories when it comes to marmalades. When I was a kid the only thing I wanted to eat was a strawberry marmalade. It was important to me that it was very red in color and contained no pieces of strawberries! It was a requirement – otherwise I wouldn’t eat anything. One can only imagine how unhealthy ingredients it contained, no fruit, only the artificial colorants and sugar! It is now over 20 years later and I have started eating marmalade again. Not the one bought in a supermarket but my own, homemade marmalade, no refined sugar or pectin added. And it tastes so much better!
