A light, yet flavorful pasta salad perfect for summer!


1/2 lb ditalini pasta

1 bunch of asparagus, chopped

1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

7 oz garlic & herb feta cheese, chopped

1/2 C diced green onions

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/4 C ranch dressing

Cooking Procedure


n Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside in a large bowl.nn Cook asparagus, drain and add to pasta bowl. Place bowl in freezer to cool while preparing dressing mixture.nn In medium bowl, combine feta cheese, green onions, lemon juice, olive oil and ranch dressing. Toss well to combine.nn Add dressing mixture to pasta mixture and toss everything well to coat all of the pasta.nn Serve sprinkled with bacon on top. n
