About Recipe

Right now I have bags and bags of stories about my first ever solo trip to Amata Spring Country Club; from there to Siam Country Club and Pattaya and how I arrived in Pathumwan Hotel - certainly an experience I feel proud about. But since time is not on my side today, I shall skip all those. Please bear with me because I certainly need to clear my mind before I write honest opinions and practical things about life.

asam keping/dried tamarind pieces, (Note: otherwise use tamarind juice)

lime leaves

lemongrass

shallots

fresh turmeric

white pepper seeds

cumin seeds

coriander seeds

nutmeg powder

red chilies (or as preferred)

birds eyes chilies (optional)
