Yesterday a healthy note with the healthy Carrot Cucumber Salad. Today a different story all together. A delicious Asian style prawn dish but prawns as you know are quite high in cholesterol. So? So? The solution - no need to feel guilty if not always. For me, cholesterol one side and the other, I hate cleaning prawns. Aiyo!! Time taken to soak with lime juice so that the skin is not slimy, slitting and pulling out the veins and peeling the shells and heads. Okayy!!! Suppose that's how it is if you want to cook prawns.
