Very delicious, nutritious, refreshing, low calorie and low fat smoothie. Great combination of strawberries and banana, such an amazing summer flavour. Super easy to make and let’s get healthier!

Ingredients

1 banana

8 strawberries

3 tablespoons yogurt

Honey (optional)

Cooking Procedure

n n Put the banana in freezer for 15 minutes, then cut into small pieces.n n Cut the strawberries into small piecea.n n Put all the ingredients in the blender or food processor to blend well. You can also add some honey to make to sweeter.nn
