Just blender the ingredients. Tasty cake without gluten and milk.

Ingredients

1 2/3 cups flour

100 ml of vegetable oil

2 large eggs

4 bananas

3 tbsp agave syrup or honey

½ tsp baking powder (gluten free)

½ tsp baking soda (gluten free)

1 tsp vanilla extract

50 g crushed chocolate or chocolate peas

Cooking Procedure

n Using blender mix together oil, 3 bananas, eggs, honey, extract. Add sifted flour, baking powder, soda – mix together.nn Preheat oven to 340F (170C). Lined baking pan with baking paper. Last banana cut into strips. Put dough into baking pan, put on the top chocolate and banana strips.nn Bake cake about 40 minutes, until browned top. Cool it in pan.n
