Delicate apple pie with corn crust – without gluten and eggs.

Ingredients

2 cups corn flour (gluten free)

½ cup potato starch

200 g butter or vegetable substitute

½ cup sugar

1 ½ kg of apples (about 8 apples)

1 tbsp cornstarch

Cooking Procedure

n Corn flour and potato starch sift into the bowl, add sugar and butter. Quickly knead for connecting the components. Ready dough wrap in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.nn Prepare mold for pie, spray fat. Biggest half of dough put at bottom and sides. Put back in fridge. Turn on the oven to 360 F (180C).nn With a fork pricking in several places the bottom of pie and put in the preheated oven. Bake about 10 -15 minutes.nn Wash and peel apples – grate into thin slices. Sprinkle the bottom of pie with cornstarch and put apples. Rolled second part of dough and decorate the pie.nn Bake for about 30 – 35 minutes, until lightly brown.n
