Crispy cookies with gluten-free oatmeal and nuts. Simple to prepare, ready in only 30 minutes.

Ingredients

1 ½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free)

¾ cup flour gluten-free

2/3 cup chopped nuts (pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts)

110 g butter (you can use vegetable margarine or coconut oil)

Cooking Procedure

n All ingredients should be at room temperature. We prepare a large mold lined with baking paper and preheat oven to 175 degrees C (350F).n
